Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers through in-person, appointment-based, and virtual channels while applying a digital-first mindset.

You will build lasting client relationships, assess banking needs, and present relevant deposit and loan products to help clients reach their financial goals. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of banking products, with bilingual English and Spanish or Russian encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; typically less than four years of retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration and background/credit checks are required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or Russian encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, and explain deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
