U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels to understand financial goals and provide tailored solutions.

You will build lasting client relationships, educate clients on deposit and loan products, open accounts, process requests, and promote self-service digital tools to deliver an exceptional, accurate banking experience. Strong communication, integrity, and a proactive approach to outreach are essential to help

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify a customer's true needs with a digital-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to make appropriate recommendations meeting customer needs.
