Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on available digital products and self-service options.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Assist with basic transactions and maintain accurate customer information.
