U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess client needs, open new consumer and business accounts, and guide customers through deposit and loan products with a digital-first approach.

You’ll build trusted relationships through proactive outreach, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with the branch team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically five or more years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across multiple channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions based on their goals and needs.
• Partner with branch team members to deliver an excellent client experience and achieve sales goals.
