Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. You will educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital tools, building trusted relationships and identifying solutions based on each client’s goals.

You will open accounts, process requests, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure accurate and exceptional service. Knowledge of bank policies and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educates clients on deposit and loan products and services and makes recommendations.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Works with branch team and partners to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
