U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide personalized financial guidance. You will assess needs, present deposit and loan options, and educate on digital self-service tools to enhance the client experience.

You will open new consumer and business accounts, handle service requests, and coordinate with the branch team to ensure accurate, compliant processing and a high-quality customer journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels (in‑person, by appointment, virtual).
• Provide counsel on deposit and loan products and services based on customers' goals.
