Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4+ years of banking experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers across channels.
• Counsel customers on deposit and loan products and services.
• Assess customer needs and gather account information.
