Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills with clients by phone and in person.
• High school diploma or equivalent; regulatory licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
