Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services with a track record of establishing new clients and deepening relationships.

• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
• Proven ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• Must work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to team experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
