Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and complete NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with some travel.

Responsibilities

• Ex exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance and sales.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by cross-selling.
• Supports team sales by referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of leadership routines.
• Advances sales knowledge through training and product knowledge meetings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and handles loan applications.
• Follows internal controls and risk management policies.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience during branch transactions.
