Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and ongoing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations and referrals.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and cross-train across functions.
• Support branch sales targets through product and service recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist in advising on consumer lending options and loan applications.
• Travel or relocate to meet temporary staffing needs and shifts.
