Job summary

Truist in Charleston, WV seeks a Regular full-time Client Service/Sales Representative to deliver exceptional client service while expanding client relationships and cross-training for teller duties. You will engage clients with professional behavior, offer banking solutions, and refer complex needs to specialists to drive revenue and satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have 4 years of client sales/service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel and work varying

Qualifications

• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service through development and expansion of client relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists when appropriate.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
