Truist is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver outstanding service in a branch setting. You will engage clients, assess financial needs, and propose solutions while expanding relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to partners.

You may support teller duties as needed and contribute to branch sales goals. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to dynamic customer needs across cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional shifts including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding client service in person and by phone to develop client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions meeting client needs and refer to partners for growth opportunities.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Support branch sales targets through consultative conversations and product knowledge.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
