Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, with NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced client maintenance, problem resolution and sales for deposits, credit and other products.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists during consultative conversations.
• Participate in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and knowledge meetings to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with courteous service during transactions and assist with teller duties when needed.
