Job summary

Truist Wealth in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Regular full-time banker who delivers an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships, present financial solutions, and refer complex needs to specialists.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, meeting branch sales targets, advising on consumer lending options, supporting risk controls, and staying current with policies. Some travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Preferred associate degree or higher.
• Proven client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance and NMLS background checks within 30 days.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and referrals.
• Offer financial solutions and refer to specialists as needed.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties when required.
• Maintain client records and resolve routine issues efficiently.
• Contribute to meeting branch client service and sales targets.
• Support the sales process through consultative conversations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and risk management standards.
