Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent service.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required (or through JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
