Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in financial services or retail sales preferred.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
• Six months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions.
• Processes cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Builds relationships to meet financial needs of clients.
• Follows established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
