Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
• Growth Focus: Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit options, opening deposit accounts, and taking loan applications.
• Client-Centric Financial Advice: Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ goals using deep knowledge of bank products and services.
• Referrals: Deepen relationships with additional products and services and refer to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, business banking).
• Proactive Client Outreach: Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Sales Leadership: Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services to sustain a high-performing culture.
• Teller support: Assist the teller line to minimize wait times and process financial transactions as needed.
• Deliver exemplary client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Continue knowledge growth through meetings, training, and web-based learning.
