Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Actively identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs and guide through options.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with client goals.
• Recognize opportunities for referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
• Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects with tailored financial solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on products and services.
