Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs; guide options, open accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals using product knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to bank partners (mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking).
• Regularly call clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and products to support a high-performing culture.
• Support teller line to minimize customer wait times and process transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training and knowledge meetings to better serve clients.
• Comply with bank regulations, policies, risk management, internal controls, and ethics.
• Participate in meetings to promote sales, product knowledge and customer service.
• Assist management with on-the-job training of new associates.
• Assist with dual control vault responsibilities and audits.
• Stay informed of operational updates to ensure compliance.
