JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to build lasting client relationships using modern banking solutions and technology.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs, while following regulatory requirements and collaborating with our team of specialists.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; complete required training.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
