Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and technology to help clients. You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to address clients' needs.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, educating them on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and growing clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days if unlicensed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
