Chase seeks a Relationship Banker to build and manage client relationships within a branch, using banking solutions and fintech tools to address financial needs with hospitality and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, exceptional communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and comply with training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), and Life licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, in person or over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor solutions.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and earn trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and connect them to digital tools.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and refer to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
