Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker at multiple levels to build client relationships, identify financial solutions, and promote digital banking. The role requires in-branch work and ongoing client engagement, with salary quoted per hour.

Riverside area and other locations may apply, with a broad onboarding to help customers navigate everyday banking needs. Qualified candidates will provide exceptional service, open new accounts, and educate clients on digital tools while collaborating

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
Experience with digital banking and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, learning about their needs.
Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating effectively.
Makes clients aware of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital options.
Greets clients and processes basic transactions to provide a consistent, positive experience.
Partners with branch team members to serve clients efficiently.
Opens new accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service technologies to meet goals.
