Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 12 months of customer service, cash-handling, retail banking, sales, or related experience.
• Ability to process transactions accurately, balance a cash drawer, and follow controls.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication.
• Ability to cross-sell and meet established sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, transfers and other teller transactions.
• Balance teller drawer daily, research discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Assist clients with account questions and digital banking needs.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and refer clients to partners.
• Maintain knowledge of retail banking products and updates.
• Follow risk, compliance and privacy procedures.
