Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing requirements (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) with JPM licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
