Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; licenses required: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses.
• Licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
