Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Follow policies and protect clients and the bank, including risk awareness practices.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in community outreach to generate new business.
