Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete training.
• HS degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63), Life licenses; obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
