Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATM access.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
