JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand at a branch location in the Tempe area. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to offer suitable solutions and technology-enabled banking.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, compliance with banking regulations, and collaboration with a team of experts to meet clients' financial needs. Weekend/evening hours are required as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client growth.
• Strong communication to tailor product benefits to diverse clients.
• Able to resolve client issues with attention to detail and care.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Requires SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; 63 if needed; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Flexible branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first; deliver attentive, friendly service in a branch setting.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to grow relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
