Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Engage in clear, polite consultation to understand client needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Meet with clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations and follow bank policies and procedures.
