You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies in a dynamic, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven ability to establish new clients and deepen relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features/benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and refer to specialists as needed.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and collaborate with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
