Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions and tailoring product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail for a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements including SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
