Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailor recommendations, and collaborate with specialists to meet financial needs while complying with policies and regulations. Strong communication and flexible hours are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
