Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in banking, client service, or related field with cash handling experience.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Capability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding environment.
• Data entry utilizing banking software and Microsoft 365 products with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Source and build long-term client relationships and provide solutions through appropriate product offerings.
• Open bank accounts for clients and oversee transactions.
• Promote and cross-sell the full line of retail bank loans, deposit products and services.
• Collaborate with business development and lending teams to establish new clients.
• Achieve branch goals and track progress.
