You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to tailor solutions that meet their needs and enhance their lives. You will comply with banking regulations and promote Chase technology tools.

The role requires the ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings, with licensing requirements to be completed within the stated timeframe.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills, in-person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Commitment to risk and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
