Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem solving to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED; licenses to be obtained within 180 days.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
