Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and tailor product features to client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with a consultative approach.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and politely to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
