Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help with their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
