You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, make outbound calls for new customers, and schedule financial checkups. Hours may include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Problem solving and multitasking
• Ability to work hours including weekends/evenings
• SAFE Act requirements completion and NMLS identifier

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and handle transactions
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams
