Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0 years of related experience required.
• NMLS Identifier preferred but will be required.
• May require overnight travel for training.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and identify service and product needs, leveraging sales leads and outbound calling.
• Recommend bank products and cross-sell services.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Enter and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applications.
• Handle routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
