Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads and referrals.
• Makes appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identifies and achieves weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporates FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Inputs and maintains data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch technology.
• Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships.
• Performs routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
