Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Work within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; licensure requirements (SIE/Series) to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
