Job summary

Chase, part of JPMorganChase, is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide hospitality-driven service in a branch. You will build and manage client relationships, tailor financial solutions, and guide clients through banking products, leveraging digital tools and a deep compliance focus.

You will work with a team to meet the financial needs of clients, grow the branch's client base, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate their experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
