Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Consult with clients to tailor product and service recommendations.
