Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields with proven success in acquiring and growing clients.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions and tailoring product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
