Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and ensure a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training to meet compliance obligations.
• Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase's program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Proactively meet with clients in person and by phone to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to build trust and anticipate client needs.
• Guide clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
