Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and security procedures in line with bank policies.
