Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, maintaining them, and opening new accounts per bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and using self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, partnering with the team to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including handling cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
